    I have a complaint, where can I go?
    For complaints, please contact our customer service. After receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. Should it take longer, you will be informed.
    Can I also have the ordered items assembled / installed by you?
    We do not provide installations. However, we can put you in contact with a recognised installer. Send an e-mail to our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
    What happens if one of my lamps fails?
