About Berla Lighting

What began as a lampshade studio in 1930, founded by Grandma Berkes, has grown into a leading lighting specialist. In 1968, she handed the reins to her sons, who turned it into a production company in the 80s. Today—and since 2006—Sam Berkes and Géza Berkes own the company, sharing their passion for light and combining it with innovative technology.
Together with a team of three lighting specialists, we create the most beautiful custom lighting for homes, offices, restaurants, and shops.
