Woestenberg Metaalbewerking is a metalworking company that specialises in sheet metal, machine construction and laser cutting of steel, stainless steel and aluminium. When constructing their new premises, they opted for LED lighting. In cooperation with design studio Carl van Kuijck from Rijsbergen, Berla LED solutions were used in the office environment.
The staircase is beautifully lit by LED strips that are processed deep into the concrete. This makes the light visible, but you don’t look directly into the light source.
In the canteen and in the office, track lighting has been used that was specially developed for this company. The ceiling in these areas has been provided with a recessed slot, in which voltage rails have been incorporated. By equipping the spotlight with a high ‘leg’, only the spotlight comes out from under the ceiling.
