Kettle Founders is a real estate and development company from Ulicoten, founded by brothers Joris and Victor Theeuwes. The company, like July Designers, located in the same building. With a practical approach and strong regional involvement, Kettel Grondleggers realizes projects with a solid foundation for the future.
Kettle: Where light and vision meet
In cooperation with Marieke de Jong Interior Architecture en Architect Arend Groenewegen we have for Kettle Founders to provide a large part of the lighting.
This project focused on customization: lighting that wasn't just functional but also enhanced the atmosphere and identity of the space. By carefully coordinating with the client's wishes, we created fixtures and lighting solutions that seamlessly align with the building's character and the vision of Kettel Grondleggers and Juli Ontwerpers. This project demonstrates how well-designed lighting contributes to an inspiring and inviting work environment—a foundation every company is eager to build upon.
