This apartment combines sleek Berla lighting with a well-thought-out layout. The custom-made lighting and central fireplace create ambiance, functionality, and an optimal sense of space and light.

Light and layout in perfect harmony

In this apartment, the balance between functionality and ambiance is key. The Berla lighting is completely custom-designed and seamlessly blends in with the architecture. In the kitchen, an LED strip provides sleek and even illumination, while the shelving unit is subtly highlighted by small furniture spotlights. In the living room, bedroom, and hallway, modern tube spotlights provide flexibility and focused light.

The layout enhances this effect. From the hall, steel doors lead to an open-plan living area, where the central electric fireplace takes center stage. It's cleverly positioned between the kitchen and living room, allowing both the light from the windows to flow in and the fireplace to be visible from multiple angles. The open-plan design of the living room maximizes natural light and creates a feeling of spaciousness, without compromising the overall layout.
